Our ticket desks serve customers during the theatres’ opening hours with queries regarding the programme and lost property. Please note that during busy times, such as on the weekends, our ticket desks may not be able to answer the phone and/or there may be delays in response times. Please also be aware that our ticket desks do not accept ticket reservations.

Calls made from a landline are charged the local network rate + €0.0557/min, while calls from mobile phones cost the mobile phone rate + €0.2232/min.
