Returning or changing tickets
Return or change your ticket at a ticket desk
Pre-purchased tickets must be returned or changed at a cinema’s ticket desk no later than 30 minutes before the screening begins. However, if you fall ill suddenly, you may return your ticket by calling the theatre’s ticket desk and giving your ticket number to the customer service agent. Payments made in the online shop by card or via online bank are automatically returned to the customer’s account/card.
Returning your ticket via calling
Please note that cancellations made over the phone must also be made no later than 30 minutes before the screening starts. Cancellations should not be left until the last minutes, because our customer service may not be able to answer quickly enough due to queu’s at the cash desks.
We do not process returns via email
The quickest way to return or change a ticket is to contact the ticket desk of the cinema in question directly. Please note that returns cannot be handled via email, because we are unable to respond to messages that quickly. Furthermore, you should be aware that tickets that have been returned too late will not be refunded.
Reservations are cancelled automatically
If you have booked tickets but are unable to use them because of a time constraint or some other reason, you do not need to do anything as your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
